THE POSITION:
Step Down Nurses monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, enabling intervention in life-threatening or emergency situations. They can work between levels of general and ICU care.
Weekly amount stated in the job postings is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment.
